I will begin to tutor public school-age students in September 2003. Teaching
children to become the best that they can be is something I have enjoyed
doing for most of my life.My experience in teaching for the past 31 years
has given me a clear vision of what I would like to provide for children
in a tutoring capacity.
Some of these goals are outlined below:
- build skills in reading and math
- provide help with homework
- teach strategies that will enhance organizational skills and improve study habits
- give encouragement to build self-esteem and the motivation to succeed.
